Our Christmas's were the best ever. Dad and Mom always made sure that everything was perfect. Dad worked hard to earn the money for gifts, and Mom with her Special touch, always managed to get us everything on our lists and then some surprises. The House was always Decorated so perfectly by Mom and Dad would take us to get the Tree. We all helped decorate the tree, but Kevin was in charge of the lighting and some of the fine detailing. We did this all as a Family, and those Memories will last a Lifetime.
Christmas Time was always a time for Family and Friends, with much Love and Laughter !!!!
Christmas with Our Extended Family
The Murri's
Jimmy, Kevin, Lisa, Brian, Tommy and Little Kathleen in Kevin's arms...
Hustle and bustle and hurry and run
looking for gifts that bring so much fun.
A visit to Santa we also must make
because of our children for all of our sakes.
The food preparations must get underway
like cookies and candies for our special day.
Gifts must be wrapped and bows must be ties
and trees must be trimmed and lights hung outside.
Cards must be bought and then must be signed
And addresses and mailed to reach friends on time.
The kids must be bathed and tucked into bed
where they will wait to hear Santa's sled.
But when morning comes midst all the squeals,
faces depicting what our children feel;
it makes all the hustle and hurry and run
so very worthwhile for these little ones.

Christmas in Heaven
See countless Christmas trees
Around the world below
With tiny lights like Heaven's stars
Reflecting on the snow
The sight is so spectacular!
Please wipe away that tear,
For I am spending Christmas
With God this year.
I hear the many Christmas songs
That people hold so dear,
But the sounds of music can't compare
With the Christmas choir up here.
I have no words to tell you
The joy their voices bring.
For it is beyond description
To hear the angels sing.
I know how much you miss me,
I see the pain in your heart,
Even though I am so far away,
We really aren't far apart.
So, Be happy for me, little one,
You know I hold you dear.
Be glad I'm spending Christmas
With God this year.
I send you a special gift
From my heavenly home above,
I send you each a memory
Of my undying love.
After all "Love" is the gift
More precious than gold.
It was always most important
In the stories God has told.
Please love and keep each other
As God has said to do.
For I can't count the blessings
Or the Love He has sent for you.
So have a Merry Christmas
And wipe away that tear,
Remember, I'm spending Christmas
With God this year.
